Apex Ascent Ad Book
To celebrate our year’s momentous climb to the Apex Ascent, AAPRA will publish the souvenir Apex Ascent Program Book for the annual dinner.
Kindly consider supporting the event by placing an advertisement or submitting a letter of salutation or congratulations for inclusion in the program book. Advertising opportunities are available at three levels:
- Summit Tier (Premium, Full page, 5.5” W x 8.5” H) - $500
- Trailblazer Tier (Standard, Half page, 5.5” W x 4.25” H) – $250
- Basecamp Tier (Basic, Quarter Page, Vertical, 2.75” W x 4.25” H) - $125
Artwork Requirements:
- Full Bleeds Allowed
- Resolution 300 dpi minimum
- All artwork should be supplied at the exact ad size
- Preferred format – PDF, JPG, or PNG
- CMYK preferred; RGB accepted
- Fonts embedded or converted to outlines
- Camera-read artwork onlyConvert all fonts to outlines or embed fonts when creating PDF’s
- Advertisers are responsible for proofreading all submitted content
All advertisements must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026 to info@aapra.org. Please note that all table sponsors and Apex Ascent Ad book advertisers will be listed in the program book. If paying by check, please download the Apex Ascent Program Book Ad Submission Form, complete and send along with payment to 2455 East Sunrise Boulevard, Suite 816, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.
